Sales Executive - Jr

Key Responsibilities:

1. Enquiry Management & Estimation

Review and track all enquiries received via email and maintain proper documentation.

Verify and approve quotations prepared by junior engineers.

Evaluate technical specifications, Single Line Diagrams (SLD), and Bill of Quantity (BOQ) for received enquiries.


Prepare pre-design specification sheets and list all required switchgear and materials as per client specifications.


Attend pre-bid and technical clarification meetings as required.


Prepare techno-commercial offers for client submission after internal review and management approval.


Finalize offers post-negotiation and ensure timely submission to clients.

2. Design & Documentation Coordination

Collaborate with the design team for preparation of GA drawings, calculations, and BOM as per organizational standards.

Submit drawings for client approval and release them for manufacturing upon approval.

Ensure inclusion of busbar and wiring calculations in the final release.

Coordinate with the documentation department for as-built drawings and project closure documents.

3. Project Execution & Coordination

Review and verify Purchase Orders received from clients to ensure technical and commercial alignment.

Coordinate with design, production, and procurement teams to ensure timely project execution and delivery.

Monitor production progress, update dispatch plans, and address project-related variations or price implications.


Schedule client inspections and coordinate with the testing team for inspection calls, dispatch documentation, and compliance reports.


Ensure proper coordination between internal departments to achieve project milestones within defined timelines.

4. Process Improvement & Standardization


Contribute to developing standardized workflows, documentation formats, and departmental processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.


Experience in LV/MV panel design, estimation, and project execution.

Strong understanding of switchgear components, electrical drawings, and standards.

Excellent coordination, communication, and analytical skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD will be an added advantage.
